Twenty, twenty, twenty-four hours ago

Twenty-four hours after Shannon’s first chemo treatment is when her worst nausea started, and 12 hours after that we were in the ER. We’re now more than 24 hours after her second treatment, and so far she is a thousand percent better. Changing the formula and adding some new anti-nausea meds seem to have done the trick.

So far the only bad news today is the dentist wants me back in two weeks to get a tooth filled. Oh well.
